  • Position: Assistant Kitchen
    Location: BETHANY METHODIST NURSING HOME

    Key Responsibilities
    • The Assistant – Kitchen Operation is responsible for organizing and controlling the efficiency and economic production of quality and appetizing meals within the allowed budget, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Stock & Supplies

    Key Responsibilities
    The Assistant Manager - Community Partnership is responsible for the management of volunteers, community partners, grassroots organisations and donors as well as the development and running of events in the Home.

    Reporting to the Head of the SPD, The Manager - Planning, Innovation and Research is responsible to assist in charting the growth of the Methodist Welfare Services’ (MWS) potential expansion plans in the eldercare sector, in accordance with MWS long term vision and mission through

    Pre-requisites:

    The Senior Executive - Finance is responsible for preparing financial statements, ensure proper maintenance of cash controls, purchasing and accounts payable. The incumbent is also responsible for the maintenance of IT operations at the nursing home.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:
    (A) Specific
    • Facilitate project work group/users discussion to formulate project design brief for preliminary space planning, budgeting and timeline scheduling.

    The Senior Social Worker works closely with Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) on referrals from the hospital and other voluntary welfare organisations (VWOs) to provide high quality care for the residents and their families. The incumbent is responsible to support a co-ordinated approach with multi-discipline stakeholders to review regularly aspects of medical, nursing, allied health and social services concerning residents for the purpose of care management.

    Admission
    • Oversee and ensure the assessment of all referrals for admissions, withdrawals / rejection according to service standards criteria.

    • Works closely with resident’s doctor and multidisciplinary team to provide care to the residents
    • Updates on changes in resident’s conditions and needs.

    Pre-requisites:
