Senior Executive – Talent Development

Job purpose

The role supports the overall objectives of the Talent Development function of Human Resources and serves as a partner to the various stakeholders in aligning competency expectations and implementation of talent development plans and activities.

Duties and responsibilities

Talent Development

  • Act as both an advisor and a liaison and provide expertise on Talent Development matters to staff and management.

Job purpose

The Executive – Human Resources plays a key role within the HR operations team to provide day-to-day delivery of HR services to the various Centres and/or Departments at MWS.

Recruitment
