Senior Executive - Digital Marketing and User Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for management of MWS Digital Assets e.g. website, integrations, UX design and development
  • Able to do basic design and has good knowledge of web systems.
  • Support Digital Marketing initiatives from campaign strategy to execution, including simple content creation and copywriting where needed.
  • Support C&E in all web initiatives including but not exclusive to web development, maintenance, content updates, content design and system integrations.

Web Development Duties

  • To maintain, review and develop all required web assets for mws.sg and work with web agency to manage this
  • To plan and execute a well-defined user journey for all web visitors, in collaboration with the rest of the Communications team
  • To review website design and UX according to the organisation’s brand identity
  • Work with designers to plan and create campaign websites
  • To maintain all relevant backend systems and plugins and find ways to improve site performance and speed

Digital Marketing Duties

  • To build web assets that are digital marketing-ready e.g. tagging, tracking
  • Make recommendations on achieving the best online marketing infrastructure possible, along with implementation
  • Ability to do keyword analyses, write/adapt marketing copy and short-form digital marketing content
  • Experience strategising and setting up self-serve digital marketing campaigns along with appropriate tracking
  • Knowledge of analytics a plus

Education Duties

  • To assist Comms team in updating to the latest in UX, web technology and digital marketing
  • To advise and collaborate IT department in the implementation and testing of system integrations related to C&E, e.g. Salesforce.

Cluster Director - Residential Services

Job purpose

The Cluster Director (CD) – Residential Services focuses on understanding the healthcare and eldercare landscape in Singapore; and guides the residential Heads of Centres (HOCs) to integrate both. He/she ensures the effective and consistent delivery of services across the residential homes that MWS manages, including future residential homes.

The CD ensures that the strategic direction is executed across all services within their purview. The CD also assesses the service gaps in the residential homes and proposes new services and/or projects that would meet the evolving needs of the residents.

The CD provides leadership and motivation to the residential HOCs and helps to convey the vision and values of the organization to them.  He/she ensures that the services are working in conformance with the strategic direction set by senior management, the agency policies and procedures and the public law. Together with the HOCs, the CD aligns the services’ development and plans according to the organisation’s overall strategic direction. He/she helps to work with the other Cluster Directors and HOCs to develop the services’ achievable milestones. In order to achieve the milestones, the CD at times deploys the organisation’s shared services to the residential homes.

The CD ensures that the standards are met by the various services under his/her purview. He/she is able to develop a quality assurance framework to measure the service delivery standards of each residential home.  He/she helps the HOCs to implement the framework in order to increase the organization’s credibility, improve work processes and efficiencies and deliver good outcomes for the residents.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the residential HOCs to ensure that each residential home delivers service standards to its residents that commensurate with, or higher than, the stipulations set out by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the nursing homes and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) for the destitute home

Together with the HOCs and staff from the Internal Resource Group (shared services), he/she implements the framework in order to increase the organization’s credibility, improve work processes and efficiencies and deliver good outcomes for the clients and patients served.

Programme Coordinator - Family Support Programme

Job purpose

To assist Head and FLE Trainers (SW/Clr) of Family Support Programme map out and coordinate with the various schools (proposed 12:1) within the specific clusters (within Sengkang/ Hougang/ Serangoon or Pasir Ris/ Punggol/ Tampines Cluster) to be effectively in outreach and engage the parents of assigned clusters.

To handle all administrative processes of the planning and implementation of Family Support Programme under MWS. To support each FLE Trainers (SW/Clr) with the scheduling and deliver of Triple P & Signposts within each regional cluster.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work closely with the school representatives to encourage parents to attend parenting programmes through a range of channels compromising notices, emails, SMS, Whatsapp messages and telephone calls.
  • Coordinate and establish work plans (quarterly/ half-yearly) to ensure that parents of assigned schools signed up for the new EBP of Triple P Programmes from Level 2,3 & 4 and signposts.
  • Work with School Leaders, teachers and AEDs to engage parent with higher parenting needs.
  • Work with the relevant school staff to manage case referrals from the allocated schools.
  • Assist to maintain database of parents from assigned schools with allocated cluster to be provided to Programme Executive and Head for further programme development and planning.
  • Scheduled parenting programmes, coordinate parents’ attendance and organize the logistical arrangement for the sessions, which are typically held on weekday evenings and Saturdays mornings in the School.
  • Collate parents’ and schools’ feedback on parenting programmes, and work with the Head of Programme/ FLE Trainer to identify areas of improvement and implement corresponding improvement measures.
  • Assist to the procurement of Triple P and Signpost and other resources materials required to execute the various parenting support services

Summary

Cook I provides nutritious and delicious meals for both residents and staff The incumbent has to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen of both nursing homes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Cook meals for residents and staff, based on standard recipes and cooking methods in a timely manner

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities 

Client Care

  • Ensure meal preparation is according to older persons’ needs.
  • Older persons with diabetes, gout, high cholesterol, special dietary needs. Food portioning for older persons.
  • Assist older persons in basic ADLs as required if ACA is not available. Eg. Toileting, changing of diapers, engage in activity when kitchen is free from work, etc

Kitchen duties

  • In charge of preparing breakfast, tea-break and lunch.
  • Ensures that there are enough clean cutlery / utensils for use throughout the day.
  • That is, Clean plates, cups, cutlery for use at any point in time.
  • Ensures the grocery are stocked up and maintained. The grocery must not have expired.

Housekeeping

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen. That is: The kitchen & equipment must be clean, oil-free, dry and pest-free.
  • Ensure the equipment / kitchen ware and infrastructure is in good working condition. That is, plates that are worn out needs to be replaced and should not be used to serve clients.  Sink is in working condition.
  • Cleaning of the Centre premises as per scheduled if cleaner is not available. This includes washing or mopping of the Centre floor, toilets, sanitizing the tables and chairs.

Others

  • Ensures the call-bell in the toilets are in working condition.
  • Reporting of feedbacks, complaints or incidents to CM / Admin within 1 hr.
  • Reporting of change in client’s status to CM / Admin immediately upon notice of change.
