Darkness Into Light
Turning Darkness Into Light
The past two years have been challenging for many of us. As we welcome the post-pandemic world and reconnections with family and friends, fresh worries like increased living expenses and new COVID-19 strains are causing continual disruptions to our lives. It seems like these dark days never end.
For our beneficiaries, these challenging times are felt even more keenly as they face elevated financial distress, health costs, mental health issues, social isolation and family dysfunctions.
One such example is Mr John Lui. From being an independent and active person, John became totally reliant on others for his daily activities when he met with an unexpected serious illness. His wife and primary caregiver, Mrs Lui, was filled with stress and anxiety until they approached MWS.
Please enable MWS to support Mr John Lui, his wife and more than 9,000 beneficiaries and their next-of-kin during their times of need. This Christmas, let your giving help someone to see light in the darkness. We wish you and your loved ones, a very blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year!
