Research has shown that the mental stress of chronic debt and poverty hurts a person’s ability to think clearly and make good decisions. MWS has developed MWS FDP, a proprietary debt clearance and savings matching programme, to alleviate poverty by getting people out of debt and into asset building, and saving. The programme is targeted at low income families living on per capita income of less than $650.
