Caring For The Destitute And Homeless
What We Do
Giving Shelter And Care
We take in those who have nowhere else to go, giving them a roof over their heads, a clean bed to rest in, and warm food to eat.
Providing Residential Medical And Nursing Care
Therapists, programme and case managers look after our residents’ needs through individualised care plans that are catered to their specific needs. Doctors attend to our residents thrice a week and review their medical conditions regularly.
Occupational And Physiotherapy
We enhance our residents’ quality of life with therapy sessions such as brisk walking and reality orientation programmes. Residents are also encouraged to have active lifestyles by going for social acitivities such as group outings and festive celebrations in the Home and in the community.
Keeping Residents Active And Engaged
We conduct games and acitivties such as Bingo and reminiscence therapy to help prevent or delay the onset of dementia.
Re-Integration Back To The Community
We give our residents the opportunity to be involved in meaningful activities and work. Our Home EarningScheme employs residents to help with simple chores around the Home such as doing the laundry or gardening. Our Day Release Scheme allows residents to leave the Home to work during the day.
