We are pleased to share that Rachel Koh, Nurse Manager at MWS Bethany Nursing Home – Choa Chu Kang has been recognised with the prestigious Nurses’ Merit Award 2021 from the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Through an event held online on 7 July 2021, MOH conferred 125 of these awards to nurses who have displayed noteworthy and exceptional performance, participated in professional development and contributed to raising the nursing vocation.

Prior to being a nurse, Rachel spent 13 years in the finance industry before taking a leap of faith into the Intermediate and Long-Term Care sector.

On receiving her award, Rachel shared, “Knowing that I am my patients’ advocate and how my work enables them to live life to the full is what motivates me daily.”
