97% of MWS Volunteers Wish to Continue Giving Back

The MWS Annual Volunteer Satisfaction Survey was conducted between 15 February and 15 April 2024 with 351 respondents.

97% would continue volunteering at MWS in the coming year
94% felt the volunteer training was useful
93% were satisfied with the availability of MWS staff to help him/her when needed
91% felt appreciated by the MWS Centre or Programme staff
90% felt the communication from the MWS Centre was clear and concise
89% felt they made a positive difference to the beneficiaries
88% felt their values are aligned with MWS mission and causes
84% were satisfied with the frequency of training provided for his/her role
82% felt the MWS Centre frequently engaged with them
